The battle raged so intensely that the whole unit was forced to pull back, but the medics had no litters or ambulances with which to transport casualties. Hibbs never forgot the sight of the blood-smeared boy dangling over the shoulders of the medics like a sodden rag doll as they retreated into the jungle. They would set the kid down on the ground and resume the fight, then pick him up and withdraw again, then set him down and fight some more. This went on all day, with the boy becoming like a terrible mascot of the retreat. It hardly seemed worth the effort; the boy's brains were pushing out of his head, the color had washed from his face, his pulse was barely there - yet he kept on breathing. For Hibbs, the scene was a metaphor for what the fighting had become, a heroic struggle to prolong a hopeless cause."

-Got this from a book. Sorry, Im not gonna say what the title is. It's the same title Im using for my doujin. Besides, I doubt you'll find a copy in the Philippines. It took me years(long before I discovered Hetalia) to find a copy.

For the doujin I've had in mind since April. Maybe I'll do it, maybe I wont. I dont know. Im very busy, dont expect too much. I guess you can call this a teaser, or a sneak peak. Maybe I'll do this doujin if Philippines becomes canon in Hetalia, as tribute to all the wonderful PH OCs out there. But sadly, my own Phili OC doesnt even have a part in this. Heck, Mexico gets a part here! I still dont know how to squeeze her in the story. I'll figure something out...


So, here's America, one of the four main characters. As always, he just has to be the hero. sigh. And, yes, America doesnt have his glasses. At least, not yet. Britain is just a supporting character, and I gave him a part only because there are also British soldiers in the Philippines during WW2. I still dont know if he should be a field doctor or an intelligence officer. I like the latter role, but Im not sure if they go to the front lines. I'm not familiar with how the army works. Anyway, both of them can keep their human names. They can represent their countries, especially the soldiers. They look terrible here! poor guys...
